Eric T. Kolle joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in June 2012. Mr. Kolle obtained his J.D. from Ohio Northern Pettit College of Law in 2010 where he was an Associate Editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review. Mr. Kolle went on to earn an LLM in Taxation from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2011. He received his B.S. in Finance from Binghamton University in 2005.
Mr. Kolle concentrates his practice in the areas of Taxation and Tax Certiorari, Civil and Construction Litigation, and ERISA litigation. He also performs transactional real property work such as Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closings, Short Sales, draft and review of Commercial Leases and Residential and Commercial Evictions. He is admitted to practice before the state bar of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District and Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. His professional affiliations include the Rockland County Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
